At Zenartglow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our website.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unapplied, and in their original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Custom-designed stickers may have different return terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase. Please contact us if you have questions about returning custom items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning items due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If you are returning items for reasons other than our error (change of mind, ordered wrong size, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our customer service team
  4. Package the items securely in their original packaging, if possible
  5. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt
  6. Ship the items to the return address provided in your return authorization

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return after we receive it.

Order Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may have different cancellation terms. If you have placed a custom order, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, as cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the returned items, minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping costs that are your responsibility under this policy.

If you received a discount or promotion on your original purchase, the refund amount will reflect the actual amount you paid, not the original listed price.

In the case of exchanges, if the new item costs more than the returned item, you will be charged the difference. If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.
